Lisa Vanderpump's Beverly Hills eatery, Villa Blanca, has received critical health violations in a new report.

"Lisa Vanderpump’s swanky Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca has dropped again in the health department ratings just six months after it was CLOSED for three days for health code violations including 'no rodents, insects, birds or animals,'" Radar Online reported on March 14. "The most recent inspection by the County of Los Angeles Public Health Department was conducted on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s troubled eatery on February 2, 2014."

According to the report, the venue was cited for violations of the following requirements: proper hot and cold holding temperatures, no rodents, insects, birds or animals, adequate hand-washing facilities supplied & accessible, equipment/utensils, and floors, walls and ceilings: properly built, maintained in good repair and clean.

Villa Blanca's closure occurred on Sept.16-19, 2013, following an 86 rating the restaurant received because of their “no rodents, insects, birds or animals” violation.

The restaurant now stands at a 90 rating, one point lower than the rating they received on Oct. 1, 2013, when the rodent, insect, bird, and animal violation wasn't a noted issue.

Meanwhile, Vanderpump is hard at work on her newest restaurant, P.U.M.P. Lounge, which is located in West Hollywood, Calif.
