Lisa Vanderpump’s family doesn’t approve of her filming ‘Real Housewives'

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump has had plenty of success with her restaurant ventures long before she joined the show and she was a millionaire before the show was introduced to her. Of course, Lisa is originally from England so much of her family is still there. Even Ken’s first son still works in England despite living in France. And while Lisa’s immediate family is supportive of her filming the show, her family back in England doesn’t necessarily enjoy seeing her on the show. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report released on Feb. 28, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Vanderpump reveals that she doesn’t always have her family’s support when it comes to being on the show. And one can only imagine that her family isn’t too pleased with her spin-off show, “Vanderpump Rules,” which is about employees in her restaurant, and her business.

According to the report, Lisa’s family in England doesn’t approve of her being on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” But rather than listen to their advice, Lisa decided to go forth and film the show. And of course, Lisa doesn’t have any regrets opening up her life to Bravo’s viewers. “It has afforded me a plethora of opportunities and a smorgasbord of amazing challenges, and I wouldn't change it for the world,” she has revealed.

Are you surprised that Lisa’s family doesn’t really approve of her being on a successful show? Do you think they are worried about her losing her successful restaurants?
