Lisa Vanderpump isn't in the news because she's worried about the other women tearing her apart on Monday's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 4 reunion. Her restaurant -- Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills -- received a 90 rating from the County of Los Angeles Public Health Department on Feb. 2.

RadarOnline reported March 14 that although Vanderpump's rating is still an A, five violations in a health inspection isn't good. In fact, it should be better when their last rating was a 91 in October 2013.

The following violations were marked on Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant:

  • Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
  • No rodents, insects, birds or animals
  • Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
  • Equipment/Utensils – approved; installed; clean; good repair, capacity
  • Floors, walls and ceilings: properly built, maintained in good repair and clean

In September 2013, the "Real Housewives" star's restaurant was shut down three days for only having an 86 rating. Twice the violations were found at Villa Blanca in that inspection. The following month they got a 91.

A source close to Vanderpump insists Villa Blanca always has an A rating and passes health codes.

Lisa Vanderpump and the rest of the "RHOBH" cast can be seen on the show's season 4 reunion Monday night airing on Bravo.
