"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump's cancer diagnosis was a big secret until she shared the news with her Twitter fans this week. The reality star told fans that she was treated for skin cancer, but a recent biopsy came back with an "all clear" from her doctors.

Vanderpump tweeted on Monday, "Fantastic news I have all clear for all biopsies after having experienced serious skin cancer,I urge you to get tested and hide from sun!"

This is the first time fans of the show heard about Vanderpump's cancer diagnosis. It's not known if the topic will be part of the new season of "RHOBH" although it would not come as a surprise if Bravo decides to work the fact that she had skin cancer, as well as her recent biopsy results, into the show.

Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date for Season 5 of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" but there is word that the drama will be at an all time high and two new cast members, Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson, have been added this season.
