Lisa Robin Kelly was found dead at a rehabilitation facility just six days ago. She was there to detox, and apparently was pronounced dead just after 8 a.m. last Thursday morning. Kelly rose to fame on “That '70s Show” where she played Eric Foreman’s older sister. According to a report by TMZ on August 21, Lisa Robin Kelly’s death is under investigation. There seems to have been some communication errors between the facility where she died and the L.A. County Coroner’s office.
When the news broke, fans and friends of the star immediately began speculating the cause of death had something to do with her drug usage. The doctor at the rehabilitation facility told the Coroner that Lisa Robin Kelly had died from an embolism. While that is a possibility, it cannot be confirmed without an autopsy.
While the death is being investigated nothing will be released. Funeral arrangements will not be made until after the body is released, which may be a few more weeks. The investigators are keeping silent on what they believe happened to Lisa Robin Kelly, but if foul play occurred, you can be sure the public will be alerted.
