Lisa Rinna, who is married to actor Harry Hamlin, has been signed to join the cast of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” But this does not seem to sit well with all the ladies, especially Brandi Glanville.

Lisa Rinna, who has been on “Celebrity Apprentice” and “Sing Your Face Off”, has officially signed a contract to join “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” according to a report on July 7. This is not the first time “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” fans have heard Lisa’s name mentioned as a possible addition to the cast.

The report says that Lisa tested the waters as a possible addition to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" when Bravo was taping Kyle Richards annual White Party in June. Producers seem to like Lisa, but she is not a favorite with a couple of the other “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Both Brandi Glanville and Yolanda Foster seem to have already butted heads with the new housewife on the block.

The reason why Brandi could have given Lisa a chilly reception when she joined the cast is because Lisa is happily married, has had a successful career and has two wonderful children. Insiders say Brandi is jealous of what she perceives as Lisa having a perfect life.

Why Yolanda Foster would have an issue with Lisa Rinna is not certain. Perhaps because Yolanda and Brandi have foraged a friendship and Yolanda can be very protective of Brandi. Foster and Glanville may also have bonded over the dissolution of their friendships of fellow “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Lisa Vanderpump.

Last year Lisa Rinna was reportedly offered a contract to appear on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” but chose not to accept it. At the time Rinna denied that she had even been approached by the producers of the show. Also rumored to be joining “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” last season was Baroness Monica von Neumann.
