Lindsey Vonn waited in the car for an hour to avoid Tiger Woods' ex-wife, according to a March 20 Los Angeles Times report. Just hours after the pair announced their dating status, the media reportedly saw Vonn waiting in Tiger's car while he attended a junior baseball game of his daughter Sam's.
Apparently, The Daily Mail, noticed a woman with long, blond hair sitting in Tiger Woods' car while he and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren attended 5-year-old Sam's baseball game in Florida. They also saw crutches in the back seat, which points even further to the passenger waiting in the car being Vonn because she is currently recovering from an injury and is using crutches.
While the automatic conclusion is that Lindsey Vonn waited in the car to avoid Tiger Woods' ex-wife, there are any number of reasons why she may have waited in the car. Perhaps she did not want to drag herself and her crutches around a children's baseball game. Or, maybe Tiger Woods hasn't yet introduced her to his children, and they decided a baseball game was not the place. The pair could have even been attempting to avoid media attention. Who knows?
Hopefully this is not a sign that this relationship is not going to work. It seems that it has been good for both of the so far. Tiger Woods is mounting a bit of a golf comeback, and Vonn is actually recovering quickly from her skiing injury.
