Lindsay Wagner, known as the Bionic Woman (whom she portrayed in the three-season TV series in the 1970’s), is also an author and activist in the alternative healing modalities, Oneness Blessing and Energy Psychology (EP, a.k.a. Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT). Throughout her entire career, she has always been devoted to promoting the maximization of human potential and chooses she shows she acts in based on this passion.
To give a brief explanation of Oneness Blessing, you must be trained and certified in it to be able to give it (these people are known as OBG’s for Oneness Blessing Givers or Deekshas). While you sit with your eyes closed, the Deeksha gently places his or her hands on the top of your head and keeps them there for a minute or two. The main goals of a Oneness Blessing are:
1. To stimulate the frontal lobes of the brain in order to encourage expansion from the constant fight-or-flight reptilian state of fear in which we are constantly living in.
2. To better align your current mental and emotional states and intentions with the Divine. As a result, Oneness Blessing is NOT recommended if you‘re currently in a negative state of mind.
3. Like most other alternative healing modalities, also to promote a state of relaxation and tranquil.

People like Lindsay Wagner in many ways, set excellent examples for the educational department and systems in general. Not only do they teach the positive, they live it. They further demonstrate how to turn the negative into the positive. As opposed to giving instructions down the last letter, they simply give the ideas and let you navigate with your own mind from there. Related, they encourage you to run with your own ideas.
