Lindsay Lohan has officially struck a plea deal today in court according to TMZ reports on Monday, March 18.

Lohan despite arriving to court nearly an hour late, and reportedly looking somewhat sedated, as she and her lawyers entered into a plea agreement, just in of time.

Lindsay plead no contest to the charges of reckless driving, and lying to the police today, with the judge once again showing leniency, sentencing Lindsay Lohan to spend 90-days in a lock down rehabilitation center, complete an 18-month stint of psychotherapy, (in which her lawyers reveal she has already started,) and a 30 days of community work service program.

Lindsay Lohan was ordered to do 5 days in jail, but that will be considered complete a part of her 90-day lock down treatment sentence, so no jail for Lindsay Lohan once again, unless she fails to meet all the requirements of her plea deal.

Lindsay will be allowed to complete her rehab stay in NYC.,but, she must stay clear of drugs, and drug users, and also submit to drug testing.

She's also admitted to a probation violation in the jewelry heist case, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but that sentence was STAYED and she won't do time if she continues to obey all laws.

Lohan's good luck seems to continue on for the troubled star.

Do you think the judge was too easy on Lindsay Lohan again?
