Lindsay Lohan was just slapped with a new tax bill by the state of California for $56,718, owing for taxes on her 2011 income. Adding to the cash strapped starlet’s financial woes, TMZ is reporting today that Lindsay cleared her 2009 IRS federal tax bill of $93,702 using the $100,000 Charlie Sheen forked over to her, which whether a gift or loan no one knows for sure. Lohan still owes the feds $140,203 for 2010. With news Vivid Entertainment is remaking her latest movie “The Canyons” into a porn version, and co-star James Deen allegedly reprising his role in the XXX version, one can’t help but wonder if Lindsay may reconsider doing the same given this latest tax debt drama.
Reports surface almost daily of the “Mean Girls” actress robbing Peter to pay Paul, hitting up friends and family for cash, even selling off some of her wardrobe in order to drum up some scratch. That doesn’t seem to be stopping Lindsay from jetting around the globe, still staying at top notch hotels and living large.
Lindsay was apparently offered the porn version of her role by Vivid and turned it down. But her latest cash flow problems and lack of work may make the 26 year-old reconsider that decision.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, Vivid has narrowed the look-alike Lindsays down to three candidates for their porno send up. The note ironically that the three porn stars in contention for the role may actually “have their sh-t together in life” more than Lohan herself.
Deen of course is an actual porn star so his involvement in the remake isn’t a stretch if true. Gossip reports also that as we've seen Lindsay naked “a dozen or so times by now”, she may not have been reduced to doing porn yet, but she’ll be forced to do so to make ends meet by the end of next year.
What do you think, is Lindsay news more hype or truth?
