Lindsay Lohan is still not taking her court case seriously. Lohan will not be in court tomorrow even though she is required to be present. Supposedly she is sick and will not be able to fly, according to TMZ on Jan. 29.
Lohan’s new lawyer, Mark Heller, has submitted documents to the court notifying the judge that she is too sick to fly. Heller even went as far as to submit a note from a Park Avenue doctor stating Lohan has an upper respiratory infection that is causing her to not be able to fly for her safety and the safety of the public.
As if all that was not enough, Heller also felt the need to include an article from the New York Post reporting a flu epidemic has hit the Big Apple.
Lohan should have learned by now that if she is going to play sick she should stay out of the sight of media. TMZ has posted pictures of her shopping.
Lindsay Lohan needs to take the court and the law seriously. Lohan didn’t seem to have any problem infecting everyone around her while she was on her shopping spree, if the pictures are accurate. Lohan had also better hope that the judge accepts the documents from Mark Heller since the judge hasn’t even approved him as the lawyer yet.
