Lindsay Lohan is wanted to host the “Saturday Night Live” season premiere, according to Aug. 30 reports.
Lohan, who recently completed a 90-day stint in rehab, is said to be trying to revamp her image by staying clean, and focusing on getting her ailing career back on track.
Lindsay Lohan was once considered one of the most promising young actresses in Hollywood. However, a downward spiral of drugs and alcohol, along with erratic behavior, left her being known for her bad girl status, and not her talent.
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s latest rehab stay may have been the ticket to her longtime sobriety. LiLo is filming a reality show about her sober life, getting her health in check, and is now wanted to host the season premiere of “Saturday Night Live,” this fall.
“She is definitely considering doing it. She loves the show and the people involved. Lindsay is doing really, really well. She is going to business meetings and she’s been on time for every single one of them. This is the best I’ve seen her in years,” reveled one insider close to Lohan.
It seems that Lindsay Lohan is serious about her sobriety, at least for now, and hosting “SNL” could be the ticket to a real comeback for the young starlet.
