Lindsay Lohan is making some changes in her life according to sources for E! News on Feb. 25. Lohan’s lawyer is going to help her get on the right track and has asked that her case be put on a “slow track.”
Mark Heller, Lindsay’s attorney, filed a motion on Friday requesting that her ongoing probation violation case be put on a “slow track” so she can have time to turn her life around.
The documents Heller submitted to the court ask for a continuance on the case. Heller feels this will allow Lindsay to be a “productive and responsible person and contributor to society.” The documents also go on to say that Lindsay has essentially decided to make a commitment to herself to pursue activities that will help her lead a more “model life.”
According to the source, Lindsay is planning on doing various public services and charitable efforts.
The document submitted by Heller also requests that the charges against Lohan that were made after the police claimed she lied about the driver of the car. Heller has claimed there are specific procedural irregularities in the way the incident was responded to.
It sounds like Lindsay Lohan has a lawyer who is once again finding a way for the actress to get out of what she has done. Will Lindsay ever pay for what she does? Sound off in comments below.
