Lindsay Lohan is going to get to avoid spending any time in jail as long as she follows the rules. Lohan just accepted a plea deal and will be spending time in rehab instead of jail, according to TMZ on March 18.
Lohan pled no contest to her reckless driving and lying to the cops. There were a lot of offers and counteroffers before a deal was finally made with Lohan. She will be spending 90 days in lockdown rehab, perform 30 days of community service and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months.
There is a mandatory five days in jail for reckless driving, but it is going to be added into the lockdown rehab. Lindsay will also be able to attend rehab in New York, but she must also submit to drug testing.
In Lohan’s jewelry heist case, Lohan admitted to the probation violation. Lohan was give 180 days in jail, but will not have to serve that time as long as she obeys the laws.
Lindsay Lohan also was her usual self and waited till the last minute to jump a plain to Los Angeles. Lohan ended up on a private jet but left later than she should have which ended u making her 48 minutest late for court. One thing is for sure, Lohan needs to get her act together and take her court dates seriously. There is no reason for being late except for the fact that Lohan does things her own way.
