Lindsay Lohan running late for court (Video)

Lindsay Lohan will be late for her trial on Monday, March 18, and could be in big trouble before she even touches down at the airport according to TMZ reports.

The celebrity news site reveals that Lindsay Lohan is flying on a private jet that is not scheduled to land until 8:11 a.m. in Van Nuys. The airport is 20 miles away from the courthouse, which only leaves her 19 minutes to leave the airport and travel to the courthouse, without factoring in traffic and photographers slowing the "Mean Girls" star down.

It is not looking good for Lindsay Lohan today, who is reported doomed from the start of this trial, beginning when she missed her original flight, her luggage arrived before her, so it is said that LiLo will using the SUV waiting for her t the airports as a changing room also.

Lindsay Lohan is scheduled for trial today after lying to the police following her car crash back in June.

Barring a last-minute plea deal, Lindsay Lohan on Monday will go on trial on charges that she lied to police in the wake of a car crash. She faces one misdemeanor count for reckless driving, providing false information to a police officer and willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer.

Prosecutors originally offered Lindsay Lohan a plea bargain asking that she serve 90 days in a locked rehabilitation facility to resolve the three misdemeanor counts, according to several people with knowledge of the situation. But so far, she has given no indication that she is willing to enter that type of program, they say.

Mark Heller, Lindsay's lawyer stated that Lohan did not need to be placed in a rehabilitation facility.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge James Dabney told the actress the last time she was in his courtroom that if she proceeded with Heller as her sole legal counsel, she would be required to sign a waiver stating he was incompetent in California law.

Lindsay Lohan has been on probation for a number of offenses throughout the past few years including, drunk-driving and shoplifting charges since 2007 and accumulated what the judge described as a voluminous court file. She remains on probation for shoplifting.

Has Lindsay Lohan finally pushed her luck too far? What do you believe the judge will do if Lindsay Lohan arrives late to court today?
