LIndsay Lohan to play Elizabeth Taylor

Apparently Lindsay Lohan is doing much better and is setting her sights on the small screen for her comeback.  Lohan is slated to play the late Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime biopic "Liz and Dick".  The made-for-TV movie is set to begin filming in March but there is one stipulation in Lindsay's contract: she must complete her community service before starting filming.

Lindsay took to her Twitter to apologize to her fans for all of the "ups and downs" stating that it's only "up, up, up" from now on.  She continued to tweet several positive messages and mentioned how busy she has been with her community service - so busy she's hardly had a moment to tweet.  Fans will surely be awaiting Lohan's small screen comeback which hopefully won't be short lived.

Do you think this is the beginning of Lindsay's big comeback?
