On Jan. 20 TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan refused the plea deal that the judge offered her. The judge offered LiLo six months of lock down rehab with no jail, to which she refused because, as always, Lindsay didn't do anything and is innocent.
Regardless of what Ms. Lohan claims, police that responded to the incident say that she kept telling everyone that she was a passenger in the Porche, however, the evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of her being the driver.
For Lindsay, not taking the deal could be a huge problem. If she goes in front of a grand jury and loses she is looking at 19 months in jail. If this goes to trial, however, another huge can of worms is about to open up because lying to the cops case is a probation violation in her jewelry heist case. That could land her an additional 265 days in jail if it's found that she really did lie.
It's hard to keep up with all these court cases, and innocent pleas. Hopefully Lindsay will be able to straighten herself out this year and keep her nose clean.
