The Daily Mail reported on March 18, 2013, that Lindsay Lohan has accepted to move to the rehab for 90 days after making her last minute plea deal to avoid jail in the reckless driving case involving the actress in June last year.

According to reports, Lohan will be sentenced for 90 days of rehab along with 30 days of community labor and 18 months of psychological therapy.

The 26-year-old actress was on trial when her car crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway on way to a film shoot.

The sentence was pronounced after about two hours of discussion behind closed doors in the judge’s chamber between the legal team of Lohan and the prosecutors.

The sentence also includes an obligatory stay in jail for five days during her rehab stay, which she can complete in her native city, New York.

The “Liz & Dick” star was also found to be violating her 2011 probation of a necklace theft and ordered 180 days in jail. But, the actress will be able to escape jail time if she conforms to the conditions of her plea deal.
