In a move that seems to indicated that Lohan is determined to keep competing with Charlie Sheen for the 2011 Celebrity Meltdown of the Year Award, Lindsay Lohan was photographed in a debatably creepy liplock with her mother Dina Lohan. The photo was taken at Dina's 49th birthday party at Beauty & Essex in Manhattan.

Howard Stern, who's not normally known for discouraging hot blonde on blonde action, commented on the photo on his satellite radio broadcast Wednesday morning, saying: "It looks really inappropriate." Stern then went on to refer to Dina Lohan as "vomitous," "hideous" and "despicable" for her manipulation of her children's careers.
When asked for comment on the photo, a representative for the Lohans told E Online: "My comment is that we're not responding to the disgusting insinuations being made."
