Lindsay Lohan was spotted drinking just a few hours after appearing in court where the judge sentenced her to 90 days for rehabilitation for drinking alcohol. She was seen at the AV Club which happens to be an active club in Hollywood. This is not a good way for her to start and put her best foot forward. It seems that Lindsay is in denial with her usual lack-a-daisy persona that tells fans she either doesn’t get it or she just doesn’t care. Fox News reported on March 19 that Lohan did reverse her decision to take a plea bargain when she was originally dead set against it.
Even with everything that has gone on she is allowed time to pick and choose her own facility. This doesn’t happen in the real world outside of Hollywood. Lindsay has until May 2 to enroll in a program of her choice. She is determined to find one that will allow her to smoke, provide a decent amount of privacy and mostly a facility that doesn’t include prisoners within its walls.
This may be a bit difficult for her since she has to foot her own bill. Stories have been posted over the internet for months about her financial situation and she is basically strapped for money. Most of the rehabilitation centers cost up to $1,000 a day or more. How-ever is she going to pay for it?
There is a stipulation to her choosing the facility. She is under the gun to find one that provides a lock-down in a manner of speaking. It won’t be anything like a correctional facility but if she does choose to walk out officials over looking her case will be notified of her departure. This will be very bad for Lindsay.
If she does walk out she will be violating her plea agreement therefore committing another felony. This time she won’t be able to wiggle out of it and bargain to another plea agreement. Judge Dabney warned Lohan that upon her next violation jail time will be mandatory.
Part of the rehabilitation is for alcohol but mostly for drugs that have been prescribed for her over time. She has already violated her probation once when convicted of shoplifting. Now she basically is getting a slap on the wrist again with this plea bargain even though she committed another crime by lying to the police.
Will Lindsay Lohan ever learn? Will she see the light and start to grow up and face responsibility like a young adult should?
Fans do wish Lindsay luck and hopes she makes it though her rehab and sees that she doesn’t have to be her worst enemy but her own best friend. All are looking forward when she comes out shinning back into the lime light.
