Lindsay Lohan has scheduled to appear in court today, Jan. 7, 2013, but according to TMZ, the daring diva was nowhere to be found. Her attorney, Mark Heller made a statement that Lohan was simply a victim. The women that is alleging Lohan cracked in her the face in New York back in November is simply trying to get her 15 minutes of fame, according to Heller.
Lohan was spotted partying in London on Saturday with a few friends and many speculated that she would be a no-show when it came to her trial this morning. Fortunately, for her, the prosecutors said that they were still in the process of investigating the events that took place that night, which means Lohan gets another court date.
Heller says that he thinks his client has nothing to worry about in regards to the case. He believes that Lohan will be shown to be innocent and will not face any punishment for the allegations. He claims that Lohan has met with a psychic that told her she was going to have a great 2013, which gave her even more confidence about the upcoming court case. It shouldn’t be long before Lohan determines if the psychic is right or not.
