Tuesday, after spending several hours in court Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation. Judge Marsha Revel gave the sentence, after the state prosecutor, Danette Meyers pushed the judge several times and said that Lindsay violated your ruling.
The court ruled that Lindsay violated her probation by failing to attend the required alcohol education classes that the judge specifically set for her. The testimony was long and tedious and Lindsay had many excuses, but ultimately she was give jail time.
The court went through every date that Lindsay missed and every excuse that she gave the court, and it showed that there was a pattern of violations since she was placed on probation in 2007, after her DUI.
Lindsay broke down and cried when the judge gave the ruling. Lindsay tried to defend herself by saying, "I did the best I could."
Lindsay has to turn herself in on July 20, 2010 to serve her 90 days.

A few weeks ago, an arrest warrent was issued for Lohan after her ankle monitor went off which indicated that she had alcohol in her system.
