Lindsay Lohan must have expected the worst with her latest trip to the courthouse. In an unusual take on the "middle finger salute," she had her finger nails painted in psychedelic pastel colors, with the words "f--k u" printed on the middle nail.

Her words to the court were in stark contrast to her fingernail, and despite her SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet alarm going off at a party, and missing numerous court-mandated weekly alcohol education classes, she stated,

I did everything I was told to do, I thought I was being compliant. I'm not taking this as a joke, it's my life and career. I don't want you to think I don't respect you and your terms.

Instead of Lindsay getting the last word with her polish job, Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel painted a grim picture for the starlet's near future. Lohan was given until July 20, 2010, to give herself up to the courts and begin serving a 90-day jail sentence at the L.A. County's detention center in Lynwood, followed by probation.

TMZ noted that the drug-addicted star is still getting drug prescriptions from her doctors, which include heavy hitters Dilaudid and Ambien
