The E-trade baby commercials have rubbed Lindsay Lohan the wrong way.

The offending ad aired during the Super Bowl and featured the E-trade baby at his computer talking to his baby girlfriend. The baby girlfriend asks him if "that milkaholic, Lindsay" is with him. Then baby Lindsay shows up on camera and says "Milk-a-what?"

Lindsay Lohan thinks the ad is about her. She wants the ad pulled from the air, and she wants $100 million in damages.

Lindsay Lohan's attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, has allegedly suggested that Lindsay Lohan is identifiable by her first name like Madonna or Oprah. Never mind that Lindsay has been a popular girl's name for years.

The case will be heard in New York. Lohan has struggled with drug and alcohol addiction in the past.
