September 4, 2010 - Lindsay Lohan saw strolller before she clipped it, claims witness
Lindsay Lohan denied that she knew she had hit a stroller earlier, but a witness now claims that the starlet had seen the stroller before she hit it.
Another witness has now come forward stating that she also had seen Lindsay hit the stroller and insists that Lindsay did see the woman cross the street with a stroller.
“I pulled up next to Lindsay after I saw her knock the stroller. I said; Whoa, what the f*** are you doing?"Said Austin Visschedyk, a photographer who was on the scene.
Austin then said that Lindsay was speechless and then replied, "“Well, I saw them, but they didn’t move out of the way.” The photographer told RadarOnline.com.
Radar also talked to the first eyewitness, Brayan Jaime who told them what he had seen, "There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street.
"Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going.”
Brayan sais that Lindsay was going faster than was previously reported, “She was going at least 10-15 miles per hour. It wasn’t one mile an hour, that’s for sure.”
Lindsay was driving her new Maserati, which sources say she has now returned following the accident, which took place on Wednesday.
