Lindsay Lohan's too sick for court appearance tomorrow

Lindsay Lohan will not make her required appearance in court tomorrow because she’s too ill to fly, according to a TMZ report on Jan. 29.

The “Mean Girls” star is suffering from an upper respiratory infection says her new lawyer, Mark Heller, and she’s unable to fly for her own safety and the safety of others. The website says Heller has already submitted documents notifying the judge of Lohan’s absence. Heller also reportedly added a doctor’s note and a New York Post article from Jan. 11 about the Flu epidemic in the area.

Meanwhile, photographs have surfaced showing the actress out shopping on the same day the doctor allegedly examined her.

What’s more, Radaronline.com is reporting, exclusively, that Lohan has been partying hard recently. A source tells the website, “For someone claiming to be sick, Lindsay’s partying hasn’t slowed down in the least. Lindsay has been partying and boozing non-stop in New York City.”

“Lindsay has been hanging out with her usual cast of shady friends, and they have been wreaking havoc at swanky hotels in Manhattan. Lindsay doesn’t appear to be sick, and photos reveal that she doesn’t look like someone too gravely ill to travel.”

Unfortunately for Lohan, this is only one of many missed court appearances where the star failed to appear due to some strange circumstance. If the 26-year-old doesn’t appear in court tomorrow, prosecutors will “immediately ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to issue a warrant for Lohan’s arrest.”

“This isn’t the first time Lindsay has pulled a stunt like this. She claimed her passport was stolen in Cannes, France and failed to appear for an appearance for her DUI case,” a law enforcement insider revealed.

Lohan is scheduled to appear in a California courtroom tomorrow where she faces up to 245 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation from her 2011 jewelry theft case.
