One of Lindsay Lohan's lawyers says she is having a hard time tracking her down so she can do a deposition for the hit and run accident that she is being sued over. TMZ claims on Feb. 13 that photographer Grigor Balyan filed charges in 2010 after Lindsay's assistant drove into him with Ms. Lohan in the passenger seat.
Lindsay's attorney, Julia Azrael, says that she can't find her client to get her to show up for the deposition and she has to go through her current attorney, Mark Heller, who consistently give her the run around. Now, Azrael has filed her own documents claiming that she has gone to every conceivable attempt to reach her client and she doesn't have any way of directly contacting her.
Lohan fans are curious as to why Balyan is suing Lohan since she wasn't the driver. Furthermore, he must know by now that a lawsuit would be futile considering she has no money and she has no monetary value because the IRS owns most of it.
Balyan has asked the judge to fine Lohan and Azrael for giving him the runaround.
