Lindsay Lohan won't get out of jail early this time. Lindsay began her third stint in jail on Friday, after Judge Fox revoked her bail. Lohan will remain behind bars until October 22, when she be released for a hearing.
Lindsay Lohan, who spent only two weeks of her 90 day sentence behind bars in July, will not be in jail for at least 28 days, when she will then be released to attend her violation probation hearing.
Lohan may have assumed she could post bail, and avoid jail time. However, Judge Fox, who is now in charge of Lindsay's case revoked bail, meaning Lindsay Lohan is stuck in jail until mid October.
According to People Magazine, Lindsay looked beautiful, but said nothing in court on Friday. The troubled actress stood, looking stunned, as police handcuffed her and took her away in an unmarked police car to jail.
Lohan's being jailed due to violating her probation. Lindsay, who was fresh out of jail and rehab tested positive for cocaine and other drugs during court ordered drug testing. Lindsay's dirty tests are now the reason she behind bars yet again.
