On March 4 Perez Hilton reports that Lindsay Lohan could be looking at some serious jail time now that her former assistant Gavin Doyle is going to testify against her in her lying to police court case.
Doyle was officially subpoenaed by Lindsay's prosecutors last month and since Lindsay fired him in a very public manor, he feels there are no ties left between him and the train wreck that Lindsay Lohan has become. Unfortunately for Lindsay, she has been claiming that Gavin Doyle was the one driving the car that smashed into an 18-wheeler and he is the only one that can put her behind the wheel.
It seems like the logical thing to do to want to play nice with Doyle, but Lindsay didn't do that and she is going to end up paying for it. Gavin says that he is concerned for Ms. Lohan's health and well being and this is probably the best thing in the world that could happen to her.
Lindsay could definitely use another round of rehab to hopefully help rid her of her bad habits, but there is no telling what could happen once her case goes to trial. It doesn't seem likely, however, that a jury will take lightly to all Lindsay's whining and blaming everyone else as it gets her nothing more than more trouble.
