Tuesday, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation, but Wednesday morning after photos of her crying were enlarged it was found that Lohan had a special message on her fingernail that some are saying was a message for the court. The message read “F**K U.”
Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail for three separate violations, and to 90 days in rehab immediately after. The sentence was issued after the prosecutor, Danette Meyers stated several times that Lindsay specifically violated the judge’s orders.
The court ruled that Lindsay violated her probation by failing to attend the required alcohol education classes that the judge specifically set for her. The testimony was long and tedious and Lindsay had many excuses, but ultimately she was give jail time.

Wednesday, Los Angeles Public Defender Greg Apt said that Lohan's fingernail message could land her in contempt of court.
"The judge could hold her in direct contempt, which could be between three to five days in jail for vulgarity," Apt said. This may happen if the judge thinks that the words were directed at the court.

That little dispresectfull whore deserves a spanking!
I think she should have to serve the full 90 days in jail from the original sentence, and do the complete rehab successfully as well, but this fingernail thing amounts to nothing. No one knew it was there until the photos were enlarged. It is small and very faint. I think the court will disregard her manicure, and personally I would agree with that. I don't think a contempt charge is warranted for this. It could have been directed at anyone, and there is no real way to know the truth if she doesn't volunteer the information - and if she does, she sure isn't going to say it was intended for the judge. That much is certain.
