Ever wonder what really possess Lindsay Lohan's total disregard for the law? The answer appears to lie around her parental units. Lindsay's dad Michael Lohan has been arrested for the second time this week!
In less than four days Michael Lohan has been hauled back into jail by the Tampa police, this time for violating the terms of his release from Monday's arrest.
Radar Online reported that Lohan violated these terms when he called his ex girlfriend Kate Major.
The Tampa police reports stated that Michael Lohan was released from on Wednesday went straight out and violated the temporary restraining order by contacting Major. Major phoned the police who were on the scene at her apartment when Lohan phoned Kate for the second time, with the officers witnessing the call, when Kate placed the phone on speaker.
The police were ordered to pick up Michael Lohan who was staying at the Tahitian Inn, when Michael Lohan attempted to flee the police by jumping off the third floor balcony and making a run for it, the officers apprehended Michael Lohan after a brief foot chase.
It seems that Lohan may have broken his foot, and was taken by the police to the Tampa hospital...again before being escorted to the Orient Road Jail for processing.
Excuses:
Michael ,51, told cameramen on the scene that he was "baited" by Kate Major into calling her by claiming she was about to be evicted from her home.
“I’m a sucker,” he said. “I’m an idiot.”
Somewhere you just have to know that Dina Lohan has a satisfied cat grin across her face today on this one.
Michael Lohan and Kate Major have a long record of domestic violence history between them in 2011, with Lohan being arrested in March, July and twice now in October.
"Yes, Michael Lohan you are an idiot. stated Diane F of Cincinnati. "Why would you even bother making contact with her after your arrest earlier this week? I'm not buying the she baited excuse. But,with all your stupid actions this week it is pretty clear why Lindsay is so messed up. Live with your stupidity and your family's dysfunction. Thanks to you and Dina your children will never stand a chance at living a normal life with out booze,drugs and years sent in rehabs and jail cells. Way to go dad,"she added.
