Lindsay Lohan's boozing and Botox overload is aging her, say experts (photos)

Lindsay Lohan looks much older than her age, thanks to years of smoking, late-night partying, drinking and too many cosmetic fillers on her face, say plastic surgeons.

Lohan, 24, is understandably depressed after being sentenced to 90 days in jail for parole violation, but her bloated face and swollen lips have aged her by at least a decade, say experts.

'SHE LOOKS 34, NOT 24'

“Lindsay looks easily in her mid-30s,” Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, tells HollywoodLife.

He adds: “Eyes are the first thing that gives people’s age away. Smoking and drinking ages you in the eyelids earlier than anywhere else because the skin is very thin and shows the damage early on."

Dr. Richard Fleming, a facial plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, agrees. “Her lifestyle is threatening to her," he says. "She’s got a fullness and a roundness to the face that she never had before. It doesn’t look flattering.”

Lindsay, whose dramatic weight fluctuations over the years have fueled rumors of anorexia and drug abuse, looks bloated in the face from lack of proper rest, poor nutrition and lack of exercise, as well as unnecessary facial enhancements.

'HER UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE IS DAMAGING HER LOOKS'

"Her cheeks don’t have the definition they had before and I suspect she’s had fillers since she doesn’t look like she’s put on weight," says Dr. Fleming. "They’re much, much fuller than they ever were. Her nasolabial folds look very, very full. It’s rare that a 24-year-old needs fillers. Very seldom would I do that.”

The surgeons are also perplexed why such a young woman would undergo unnecessary cosmetic enhancement -- only to have it age her so drastically. [Transformers beauty Megan Fox also came under fire recently for Botox overload.]

“Her lips are overdone so it looks like someone older trying to be younger," says Dr. Ghavami. "But it has the opposite effect on her."

Lindsay has that "heavy look with lack of definition in her jaw line and she used to have great, defined cheeks," says Dr. Fleming.

He continues: "She doesn’t have that anymore. She doesn’t have proportion. Everything’s big, round and full. She lacks shape and contour."

LILO BEHIND BARS STARTING JULY 20

Lohan, once a  promising young actress with so much potential, must surrender to authorities at 8:30 a.m. on July 20, and was ordered not to drive or drink, and to submit to drug and alcohol testing after her release from jail. Until then, Lindsay must continue to wear her SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet.

Meanwhile, experts say Lindsay will likely spend only a fraction of her jail sentence behind bars due to overcrowding in the L.A. prison system. Steve Whitmore, a rep for the L.A. Sheriff's Dept. says non-violent females such as Lindsay typically serve less than 25% of their sentence due to severe jail overcrowding.

Perhaps jail will scare Lohan straight, since her previous three stints in rehab have had little effect on her self-destructive behavior. [see slideshow below]
