Lindsay Lohan has reportedly struck a plea deal with the prosecuting attorneys. TMZ reported on Monday, March 18 that their witnesses on the scene of the Lindsay Lohan trial, believe that Lohan's lawyer has struck a deal today.
While not officially confirmed, the celebrity news site reported that they did see Lindsay Lohan's lawyer step out, and grab a "plea form" from the front desk, just before heading back into the judges chambers.
As reported earlier, Lindsay Lohan was due in court this morning at 8:30 a.m. sharp, but the "Liz and Dick" star arrived nearly an hour late, which could not have gone over too well with the judge.
Lindsay has publicly stated a number of times, that she had no interest in striking any sort of plea bargain, and has remained adamant about her innocence.
A huge crowd awaited Lindsay Lohan's arrival today outside the courthouse, and as Lindsay was whisked into the courthouse, an unknown crowd member showered the actress with what was described as a, yellow powder, or glitter substance.
It is speculated that after Lindsay Lohan's last stunt, arriving late for court, she may have had no other choice left in the matter, besides jail. The terms are the alleged plea deal are not yet known.
