Lindsay Lohan released from rehab after 22 days
Lindsay Lohan has been released from the UCLA rehab center where she's been staying since August 2nd. Lohan has been released after just a few weeks of treatment, although her court order was for 90 days.
Lindsay Lohan's early release from rehab comes after she spent only two weeks of her 90 day jail sentence behind bars. Lindsay Lohan's mother now claims that the starlet will be leaving Hollywood and moving to New York.
RadarOnline reports that after 22 days in the rehab, Lindsay Lohan singed her release forms and called her mother, Dina. The 'Mean Girls' star left the rehab facility through the back exit and immediately got into a car driven by a chauffeur.
While Lindsay Lohan's mother and father have been doing various interviews about Lindsay's condition, they seem to have conflicting ideas about what may help their daughter. While Michael Lohan claims Lindsay is addicted to prescription medications, Dina seems to think the court is treating their daughter unfairly.
According to TMZ, the staff at the UCLA rehab facility told Lohan's new judge that Lindsay should be released from rehab. Judge Elden Fox ultimately agreed and ordered it so.
This story is still developing, however many local fans believe Lindsay Lohan could make a comeback. "I totally think Lindsay will make a comeback," tweeted Macy B. "If Lindsay Lohan can get her life together, her career could get back on track. She's a really good actress," said another local resident.
