Lindsay Lohan is not Kim Kardashian. The actress will not be joining reality television fashion divas anytime soon. Lohan has rejected several offers to compete on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” according to a Jan. 22 TMZ report.
Sources close to the star tell TMZ that Lohan has rejected several offers to compete on the hit ABC television show because of her ego; Unlike Kim Kardashian, she does not want to do reality television. Lohan reportedly wants to stick to making movies and tells friends she would never even consider doing reality television.
According to TMZ, Lohan’s preference for making movies only may be quite a lofty ambition after recent reports surrounding her behavior on “The Canyons,” for which TMZ surmises she has made herself unmarketable. Not only is the embattled star’s career stalling, but she is allegedly in a huge amount of debt and reportedly still owes thousands of dollars in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service. Not even the reported whopping $550,000 paycheck from ABC could sway Lohan to putting on her dancing shoes and entertaining America.
ABC declined to comment on the show’s offer to Lohan, telling TMZ “We don’t comment on casting.”
