Lindsay Lohan's plea deal has been denied by the judge. According to a March 14 report by TMZ, Lindsay Lohan refused to accept any punishment regarding her car accident last summer.
Lindsay Lohan could be facing serious jail time for the car accident, lying to police and violating her probation because of her involvement in the jewelry heist. It is unknown exactly how long Lindsay Lohan could could serve in jail for her multiple crimes.
“I feel bad for her,” Geri O'Neal, from Norman, said. “Lindsay Lohan has made one bad choice after another. I don't don't if she is getting bad advice or if she thinks she can just skate by. Either way, all of it is catching up with her now.”
Striking a deal seemed unlikely from the beginning. The judge called her attorney, Mark Heller, “incompetent” after he filed the paperwork incorrectly. Complicating matters, Lindsay Lohan appeared to be unwilling to cooperate with her Mark Heller in reaching an agreement with the judge.
It is possible that Lindsay Lohan could avoid a trial. Everyone involved in the case would need to be present in court on Monday and Mark Heller could enter a plea. Unless Lindsay Lohan starts cooperating, it appears that will not happen.
