Lindsay Lohan sauntered back into court in a Raquel Allegra leather minidress Thursday for a hearing on her alleged theft of a $2500 diamond necklace from a jewelry store back in January.

Lohan said "no thanks" to a plea deal offered by L.A. District Attorney Danette Meyers that would have sent the former Disney queen to jail for six months, but Judge Keith Schwartz told Lohan Thursday that he would offered her an unspecified reduced sentence if she decides to plead out. Lindsay Lohan has until March 25th to take Schwartz's offer, or else take her chances in another courtroom where she could face an even longer sentence for probation violation.
