Lindsay Lohan officially rejected a plea deal in her felony theft case Wednesday which means her case is headed for trial.
Lohan turned down Judge Keith Schwartz's offer of a 60-90 day sentence in LA County jail for her alleged theft of a $2500 white diamond necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store in January. Lindsay Lohan claims she believed she had been granted permission to "borrow" the necklace from the store, and is gambling that a jury of her starstruck peers will let her off the hook completely.
Lohan is next scheduled to appear in court for the preliminary hearing on April 22nd.
