Lindsay Lohan news: LiLo refuses rehab and rejects Charlie Sheen's mentor offer

Fox News reported on March 4 that Lindsay Lohan refuses to go to rehab. Prior to her custody hearing, she was offered a 30-day lockdown deal to go to rehab so she could avoid jail time. Lindsay refused the deal. She also said that she's not going to jail anytime soon.

Lindsay was a no-show in court on Friday, March 1. She was supposed to appear for her 20-minute pretrial hearing for the June 2012 car crash. Judge James R. Dabney had to deal with Lindsay's attorney instead. He shot down the attorney and questioned his skills.

An insider says that Lohan believes there's nothing wrong with her. Lohan is not interested in going back to rehab. She also believes that she won't be headed back to the slammer.

It's likely that the "Liz and Dick" actress will go to jail. That is if she doesn't find any other work in Hollywood sometime soon. Still, it's not a "high chance" for the jail sentence says Laurie Levenson, a Professor of Law at the Loyola Law School. Levenson believes that the judge wasn't too impressed with Mr. Heller, the person that represented Lindsay.

Charlie Sheen wants to help out the troubled starlet as well. Sheen offered to serve as a mentor for the actress. People were confused by Sheen's strange offer. The actor is known for his bizarre antics and drug fueled past.

Lindsay Lohan rejected Charlie's offer to serve as a mentor. She still believes that she's doing fine in her life. Sadly, the truth is that her life is spiraling out of control.

How long until Lindsay really finds her rock bottom?
