Another day, another absurd Lindsay Lohan item for you.
Ol' Lindsay may not command seven figures for her acting these days, but she's seeking nine figures in damages from E*Trade for using her "name and characterization" in one of its recent "talking baby" comercials without compensating her or getting her approval.
In the ad, the talking baby is talking to his girlfriend, who accuses him of cheating on her "with that 'milkaholic' Lindsay."
See the 30-second spot below and judge for yourself.
According to TMZ.com, LiLo "wants $100 million from E*Trade -- because she believes their "milkaholic" baby featured in their Super Bowl commercial was modeled after her ... and as far as Lindsay's concerned, the smoking gun is all in the name."
Lohan's attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, told the gossip site that it doesn't matter that the commercial doesn't mention the name Lohan: "Do you know the name Oprah? Do you know the name Madonna? Same thing."
Ovadia did not comment on the "milkaholic" reference, telling TMZ, "If you look at the commercial as a whole, it's Lindsay Lohan."
The E*Trade talking baby also declined to comment on the lawsuit, saying, "Talk to my lawyer, Skankapotamus!"
