Lindsay Lohan looked ill when she arrived at court on Wednesday morning. The entertainer obviously needed to be in the courtroom as she didn't want to upset Judge Stephanie Sautner for the proceedings as the doctor’s note might not have been enough for the judge to allow her to skip the date. While the star was in New York, it was obvious she was ill and it was rumored she was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection.
Note or not, the arrival of the actress was caught on camera and she looked ill after arriving from New York. Gone was the fashion that she normally sports as she walks down the sidewalk. Slightly leaning on her attorney, the star seemed to have trouble with her balance as she arrived. Lindsay Lohan’s hair was pulled back and she had little, if any, makeup on. Looking glad that she made it at all, it did appear the star was genuinely ill.
While most of the hearing was about issues regarding her new attorney, it was obvious the showing of the actress was an important part of the hearing and even the judge addressed the situation.
“Glad to see you’re feeling better,” said Judge Stephanie Sautner in the courtroom.
Hopefully the actress will get the chance to rest after the long flight from the Big Apple. After fulfilling her court obligations, she is pretty much free to do as she pleases until the next court hearing.
