Tuesday, Lindsay Lohan began her 90-day jail sentence for violating her probation, and she looked terrified before they the bailiff took her away. The judge said that Lohan will need to report to rehab within 24 hours of being released from jail. And that there will be no work release or home electronic monitoring during her 90-day sentence is not an option.
The judge had ruled previously that photos of Lohan would be restricted to when she appeared at the counsel table. No photos or videos were allowed to be taken of Lohan as she was taken to jail in handcuffs.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90-days in jail on July 6 for violating the terms of her probation. Lohan broke down and cried after the sentencing was read.

Judge Revel ordered that all cameras to stop filming after she announced that Lohan be taken into custody by the bailiff.

Lohan was given the sentence because she missed the alcohol counseling sessions required as part of her probation.
