Lindsay Lohan (LiLo) makes Wednesday's court appearance (Video)

Lindsay Lohan (LiLo) makes Wednesday's court appearance at the Airport Branch Courthouse of Los Angeles Superior Court on January 30, 2013, despite having the flu, an upper respiratory infection and despite knowing that an eleven-hour flight from New York City to LAX would be on her itinerary.

LiLo's attorney, Mark Heller, drove to court in a Humvee with personalized tags that read, "IMTRYNG." He was armed with a rabbit-foot key chain for, "good luck," which he declared to reporters during a 10-minute press conference following the hearing.

Lohan was scheduled for a probation-violation hearing in a misdemeanor jewelry theft case with Judge Stephanie Sautner, who was formerly employed as a New York City police detective.

Lohan was accompanied by her mother, Dina, sitting in the front row, as reported to newswoman Nancy Dillon.

Judge Sautner gave Lohan the stink eye by starring her down, for the sleeveless Chanel piece that she had worn without benefit of pantyhose.

The hearing status; probation is still revoked. However, there is a tentatively set trial date for March 18th.
