Lindsay Lohan lies to cops, files to dismiss case

Lindsay Lohan admits to lying to the cops, but wants to dismiss the case against her, TMZ reported on Feb. 25.

According to the report, Lohan says her lying to the cops case should be dismissed, because she wasn't read her Miranda rights. Lindsay’s attorney, Mark Heller, has filed a motion to dismiss the case completely.

However, Lindsay Lohan may not have her lying to the cops case dismissed just yet. The report reveals that the actress would have no need to be read her Miranda rights because she was not in custody at the time of her questioning.

Fans may remember Lindsay lied to cops after she crashed her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway last June, and then told police that she wasn't the one behind the wheel.

Lohan’s lawyer may also been in hot water, as he’s reportedly made some big mistakes in handling this case.

Do you think Lindsay Lohan’s case for lying to the cops should be dismissed?
