Is it really possible that Lindsay Lohan has lied once again? Yeah, it sure is. It is being reported that there is no such thing as “lockdown rehab” in New York. Mark Heller may be in trouble too because he said there were facilities in New York that offered “lockdown rehab,” according to TMZ on March 20.
After doing some research, TMZ is getting the same story from all the rehab facilities in New York. There is no such thing as “lockdown rehab” in New York. The facilities do not force patients to stay and do not have guards that block access out.
Part of the plea deal that Lohan agreed to was a “lockdown rehab” facility. If Lohan has lied she could possibly be facing 90 days in jail instead of rehab. Law enforcement is reportedly looking into the fact that Heller’s representation is false.
Lindsay Lohan is famous for leaving rehab earlier than she is suppose to and one of the reasons she was given 90 days of “lockdown rehab” to ensure that she stayed for the full 90 days. Lohan may have just lied her way into 90 days in jail.
