In Labor Pains, Lindsay Lohan portrays a secretary in trouble with her boss. She pretends to be pregnant to avoid being fired.
The trailer suggests it is an entertaining movie, but so far people who have seen it aren’t going for it.
According to IMDb.com, it has an average rating of 4.2 of 10. Males give it a 4.1, while females give it an average of 4.8.
Also in the cast is Cheryl Hines, best known as Larry David’s wife in “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and as Robin Williams’ spouse in “Runaway Vacation.”
The cast also features Janeane Garofalo, best known as Abby in the 1996 movie “The Truth about Cats and Dogs.”

Wow what a stupid movie and a bad lead role. I guess things are really going down the drain for Loham. In a way I feel bad for her that she's been reduced to doing cruddy stereotypical chick TV movies on ABCFamily, but then I realize that I don't care. I give this cinematic abortion one star, because I can't fire a woman with child.

Why is it ok for it to be CUTE for a woman to fake pregnancy to keep her JOB? This gets under my skin in a couple different ways, one as the survivor of a girl who faked pregnancy to keep a boyfriend... families hated families when it was figured out. My 4 year old shouldn't see that it's funny or cute to manipulate people using 'sacred' human conditions. Someone get ahold of me and we will begin writing on the other side.. maybe a girl who fakes rape to break up with her BF.. OR a guy who starts all kinds of shinanigans by lying and telling his girlfriend/boyfriend that he doesn't have crabs.. or better... AIDS.
well..all i can say is that this movie is one of the best movies i've seen :) Every film, Lindsay's in, is awesome.. She acts so perfect and she's really beautiful..This movie really shows Lindsay's as one of the best actors ever..You should see it and then leave as much comments as you want..Those comments against this movie show that the person has not seen the movie or doesn't know what a movie is..Lindsay Lohan is totally awesome!
i only saw 15 minutes of it and it was part of the middle, but it was very good and had a funny storyline and lohan is definately a different person on and off the cameras. overall i thought it was cool and the acting was good so i cant wait to see the whole movie!
