Lindsay Lohan is once again trying to avoid legal troubles by just ignoring them. According to TMZ on Feb. 8, Grigor Balyan’s attorney has been trying to get Lindsay to sit for a deposition but it seems she just doesn’t have the time.
Grigor Balyan sued Lindsay and her assistant last year for a crash that happened in 2010 outside a L.A. nightclub. According to Balyan, the assistant crashed into him while Lindsay was in the passenger seat, but Balyan ended up in the hospital .
New legal documents have been files by Balyan’s lawyer claiming they have been trying to get Lohan to sit for a deposition, but she has been too busy. Unfortunately, Lohan has been seen everyone else partying all over the world.
Grigor Balyan is asking the judge to order Lindsay Lohan to sit for the deposition right away. What do you think? Should Lindsay be made to sit for the deposition instead of avoiding her legal obligations?
