Lindsay Lohan must be the luckiest criminal in the world because she just keeps getting chance after chance that no other young gal or guy would ever get. TMZ reports on March 9 that Lohan was offered a chance to serve a 90-day house arrest to end her legal entanglement over lying to the cops and violating her probation. The amazing part of the story is that Lindsay Lohan is not interested in the offer!
Initially, Lohan was offered lockdown rehab, but she did not accept that offer. Her attorney, Mark Heller, has told prosecutors that LiLo will accept a partial house arrest for a certain period of time. Her friends have told TMZ that she is holding firm that she will not accept any punishment at all.
TMZ quotes sources who say there is a 75% chance the case will go to trial on March 18. According to Huffington Post, if Lindsay Lohan is convicted, she faces up to 19 months in jail plus 245 days for probation violation.
