Lindsay Lohan tore out of a West Hollywood parking garage and clipped a baby being walked in a stroller according to a Radar Online report.
The aftermath of the incident was caught on video by witness Bryan Jaime. "Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller," said Jaime. "It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them.” Lohan reportedly stopped her Maserati for about two seconds and then drove away.
The video shows Lohan's Maserati driving out of frame while the woman pushing the stroller shakes her head and shrugs at the camera. Watch the video here at RadarOnline
RadarOnline has now had contact with a second witness to the accident. Austin Visschedyk states he pulled “I pulled up next to Lindsay after I saw her knock the stroller,” said Visschedyk to RadarOnline. "I said; Whoa, what the f*** are you doing?"
Lindsay reportedly responded: “Well, I saw them, but they didn’t move out of the way.”
Lindsay Lohan is an actress and recording artist living in Los Angeles, Calfornia. She was recently released from a three week stint in a Lynwood, California jail after probation violations resulting from a 2008 DUI.
