Lindsay Lohan hit a baby stroller with a baby in it that was being pushed by a Nanny and pulled away this morning, reports one photographer to TMZ.  This photographer called it a "hit and run" and said  the car hitting the stroller was a "major impact",  causing three of the carriage wheels to come off the ground.

Another eyewitness tells TMZ that Lindsay Lohan just brushed against the stroller and then stopped and asked the Nanny pushing the stroller if everything was alright?  The woman said she and the baby were fine, so Lindsay got back in her car and left.

The stories are conflicting as far as the impact and Lohan stopping or not, but it does sound as if Lohan had some type of encounter with a stroller, a baby, and a nanny.

TMZ reports there have been no police reports filed about the incident, so it more than likely could not have been a major incident.

Lohan, recently out of jail and rehab, was stopped by police a few nights ago for a moving violation. She did not get a ticket.  Although Lohan has not been in trouble with the law in the last week, it sounds as if she has had close calls. The moving violation and now this stroller incident.

"Lindsay Lohan more than likely did what the second photographer reported, if this happened at all", said a waitress from Stratford Connecticut. " She would not have done a hit and run with a baby carriage, she would make sure the people, especially the baby was OK".  "I think the only person Lindsay Lohan is capable of hurting, is herself and no one else", she went on to say.

This is a good point, Lohan has been very self destructive, but she more than likely would not hit a baby stroller and leave the scene.  Secondly, since there is no report filed anywhere on this, one can only assume it did not happen at all, or it was very minor where no one was hurt.
